Come join us at our June meeting as we discuss the opportunities and challenges related to:

 Topic #1: KPIs and how they changed during the pandemic. 

Some of the questions that will be examined and discussed:

• What changed for your contact center?
• Did the duration of support calls increase? 
• Did you experience more calls?
• What interventions did you try?
• What other things have you tried?

Topic #2: Productivity. 

We will start off with an example of how Fiserv has started to track productivity. From there we will discuss and look at questions around productivity. 

• How do you measure productivity?
• Are there ways to ensure your employees are being productive?
